A brand new class to add to your autumn/winter diary! We are moving indoors and will be sweating it out in the brilliant Epicocity studio. The emphasis will be on getting lean and strong – fat burning, muscle toning, maintaining good form while performing all the exercises and building a strong core.
This session will consist of several elements – dynamic warm-up, circuit training that will wake up your entire body and, as usual, we will finish off with a Pilates-inspired core workout. Full body workout guaranteed! And there might be the odd silly game or team challenge thrown in… 😉

Suitable for all abilities as I can provide a variation (easy/hard version) with almost any Circuit Training exercise.
