The ‘Emotional Workout’ returns to Frome on Sunday, 27th May. The last event in January was an amazing experience. 30 women and men blew the roof off with their energy and love. Come and join us as we do it again!
The Emotional Workout (AUM Meditation) is a unique, social meditation that combines movement and vocal expression. During the two-hour process, we guide you in a safe and supportive way through 14 aspects of human experience: anger, forgiveness, love, stamina, life energy, chaos, dance, sadness, laughter, sensuality, chanting, silence, respect and sharing. By participating in the AUM you will experience a deep sense of aliveness, warmth and relaxation.
Rather than telling you in words how to handle your feelings, the AUM Meditation guides you step by step to experience your emotions in a safe way with the support of others. In this process you will release stress and learn what is going on behind unconscious reactions. This awareness will help you to understand what you need, so that you can create a healthy and fulfilling life. The AUM is designed to help you to deepen friendships and create new ones. It will get you in touch with your power and vitality.
