Classes are open to people with any level of experience or ability, everyone is very welcome!
Qigong is a practice that moves and releases energy in the body, offering the space to become grounded, relaxed and revitalised.
My teaching draws on more than one tradition, but my focus is one of self-healing and gentle self-acceptance.
Please bring a cushion if you do your sitting practice on the floor, and some water if you need a drink.
